Latest CTP for BizTalk 2006 can be found here.  This version is the first to work with both RTMs (SQL2005 and VS2005) which I am very excited about.  There are also ODBA (Orchestration Designer for Business Analysts) that has also been updated recently.  To properly use the BAS features of this CTP you must install SP2 for Windows Sharepoint Services.  There is also an updated MMC snap-in that needs to be installed as well.  As we've seen in the past, BizTalk comes with a lot of installation baggage, but good news is the lists are getting smaller and the installation and configuration issues have also become less of a pain.  I really cannot wait for this products release.
