The week of Sept. 26-30th MSDN is hosting workflow webcasts.  Below are the details: (and links)

These are being presented by Paul Andrew, Product Manager at MS, who works in the Business Process and Integration group.  I believe with the next release of Windows, workflow is going to change the face of Integration drasticially.  Never before has there been such a drive to incorporate workflow capabilities into the OS.  (Although MSMQ gave us a structure to use, it didn't enable workflow features out of the box.)  As I've said before, these are exciting times for integration.  Check out more MSDN webcasts here.
